2) Email your policy provider:
All claims are managed by our in house claims team. The insurers we work with have given us the authority to process and pay claims on their behalf, making the experience of claiming quick and easy.
Your own claims handler
When you need to make a claim you are allocated your own claims handler who will be there to manage your claim from start to finish. They'll keep you informed about how your claim is progressing and will be the person to contact should you have any queries about claiming.
